Murray helps pull the carrots out and then says: “I don’t like carrots”. Then he has a good look and points out that “these carrots are all muddy!โ€ We look at the soil and he touches it then he takes the carrots and happily piles them all into his wheelbarrow and trundles around the garden. ๐Ÿ™‚

The mud pit was open this week and Oakley attached some guttering to it. When asked what he was doing he said: โ€œIโ€™m fixing the ovenโ€. After further banter Oakley admitted that he helps his dad at home, a lot!

Inside we played some listening games with objects in a cardboard box. We all had to listen carefully and then tell Ashley what we thought they were. We also used bears to count and made pictures with coloured shapes, naming the shapes as we played. During music time we successfully used drums to make loud and quiet noises.
